EITS Application Hosting Services

What is the Service?


The EITS Application Hosting Service is a comprehensive suite of administrative and management tools and activities that support a stable, reliable, responsive, and secure EITS Application Hosting Environment, including systems, servers, data, and applications.

The goal is to maintain a stable enterprise hosting environment within a structured framework established through service level management. In order to successfully  accommodate changing laws, guidance, customer needs, and changing technologies AHE services are under tight configuration management control. In addition, change management policies and procedures and roles and responsibilities are carefully documented and implemented and operations are subject to regular audit monitoring.

How do we charge?


The AHE Hosting Services are management and administrative functions necessary to maintain and manage the systems, servers, and data storage and data management activities.

The costs for bundled services are included in the monthly charges for standard hosting services.

Special or custom services such as unscheduled backup and data archival are available at an extra cost.
