Get in the know with this jam-packed information session.  Learn everything you need to know to maximize your time during the conference and your stay in Atlanta, Georgia. 

9:00am–11:50am:  Pre-Conference Meetings
A limited number of rooms will be made available for those interested in hosting a meeting or providing training either to a select group or to all the conference attendees.  To reserve a room, please send your request to IMC@hq.doe.gov.

12:00pm–1:00pm:  OPTIONAL EVENT - Lunch and Learn with the Exhibitors / Vendors
Want to learn something new?  Hear first hand from the exhibitors and vendors how their company and products can help you and your organization. 

1:00pm–2:00pm: OPTIONAL EVENT - “Sweet Treats” with the Exhibitors / Vendors GRAND OPENING of the Exhibit Area
Please join the exhibitors and vendors as they officially open the Exhibit Area for conference attendees.

3:00pm–3:30pm:  DOE OCIO Vendor Briefing
This briefing is intended to update exhibitors about the direction, upcoming projects, current projects and other topics within the Office of the Chief Information Officer at DOE. This will consist of a short briefing from DOE Management followed by a Question and Answer session.  Attendees are more than welcome to attend the briefing as well.

5:00pm–8:00pm:  Exhibit Area open to Conference Attendees

5:00pm-6:00pm:   OPTIONAL EVENT - 1st Time Attendees Social
The name says it ALL!  If this is your 1st time attending the IMC (formerly known as the AIMC) the conference committee encourages you to join us for a very informative orientation of the conference. Come meet and hear from senior DOE CIO management, learn more about the mentoring program, and enjoy food and beverages provided by the exhibitors and vendors.  This opportunity is EXCLUSIVELY offered for 1st Time Attendees.   

6:00pm– 8:00pm:  OPTIONAL EVENT - 1st Nighter’s Networking Social
May the “luck of the Irish” be with you this evening!  St. Patrick’s Day provides the perfect theme as the exhibitors and vendors host all returning attendees and speakers to an evening of GREEN!  Food and beverages will be served.

Listen and interact with engaging speakers and panelists from DOE and the OCIO’s office, industry leaders, and academia.  Tuesday’s Town Hall will commence with the Awards Ceremony. Come and cheer on your colleagues and co-workers as they accept their award. 

9:00am–10:00am: Exhibit Area open to Conference Attendees

11:00am-2:00pm: Exhibit Area open to Conference Attendees - Last chance to see all the Exhibitors and Vendors!

12:00pm–1:00pm:  OPTIONAL EVENT - Lunch and Learn with the Exhibitors / Vendors

NOMINAL CHARGE for Attendees, Exhibitors, and Guest*
