Project Management - Assistance in implementing a repeatable and predictable project management process, including project planning, tracking, and oversight. Consultation on generally accepted software project management practices.

Process Management - Consulting services and training for Federal and contractor teams and organizations that includes process definition, process mapping, analysis and improvement techniques for existing processes, and development of new processes.

Quality Assurance - Consulting services on an as-required basis or ongoing throughout the project lifecycle. Available services include mentoring project team members, just-in-time training, preparing software quality assurance (SQA) plans, conducting SQA activities, conducting In-Stage Assessments (ISAs), and implementing quality systems.

Software Development Maturity Evaluation - Evaluation of a project or organization's maturity level based on the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model criteria. Consultation provided on the key process areas.

Process Reviews - Real-time, independent assessments of project lifecycle processes and consultations for overall project planning and project management improvement.

Project Reviews - Independent assessments of overall software project status and work products against existing Project Plan and standards, with recommendations for improvement.

In-Stage Assessments - Real-time, independent audits and assessments of lifecycle documentation/work products (as the development is in process versus after the fact), and recommendations for improvement.
